Individual Therapy for Adolescents and Adults

I use my personal, educational, and professional experiences, as well as my strong intuition, to guide my psychotherapy work. My clients have described me as caring, personable, gentle, and real. My sessions are collaborative and empowerment-based, and they often include moments of laughter. I use holistic, trauma-informed, and social justice approaches.

I hope that by providing a warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply compassionate therapeutic space, you will feel comfortable enough to explore, honor, and express your authentic self and ancestral gifts. I can help you demystify the healing process, learn to free yourself from trauma patterns that are holding you back, and empower yourself to find creative ways to feed your soul.
